When should I book Christmas light installation in Vancouver?

Spots fill up fast between October and December, so we recommend booking by early October to guarantee your preferred date. Earlier bookings also get first pick of installation slots before the busiest weeks.

Do you supply the lights, or can I use my own?

We install commercial-grade, weather-resistant LED lights that we supply — brighter and more durable than store-bought strings. If you already own lights you'd like reused, let us know and we can work with what you have.

Will you take the lights down after the season?

Yes. Takedown and storage are included in our standard package. We come back after the holidays, remove everything, and store your lights safely so they're ready to go again next year.

What if a bulb or section goes out partway through the season?

Just give us a call. Bulb replacement and repairs are included — we'll come back out and fix it so your display stays looking its best all season.
